Suzanne is a certified life coach, Timeline and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner who works within the LBGT+ community. She and her partner enjoy walking their dogs Maizie and Lottie in the Derbyshire Dales and along the rugged Yorkshire coastline. She likes nothing better than cooking for family and friends and enjoying a glass of something cold whilst catching up on the latest happenings in their lives. Her dream is to one day own a motorhome and be able to travel to all corners of the UK and seek out beautifully deserted beaches where her little family can camp and enjoy watching the sun sink into the sea or rise again in the morning.
As she sits within the LGBT+ community herself, she is acutely aware of the pressures that can be felt by those wanting to be themselves. Suzanne’s coaching practise, Henosis Life Coaching is the premier life coaching practice for the LGBT+ community. There are many unique situations that this community experience and having a dedicated coach who understands this is the foundation of her coaching practise.

Skilfully using the Timeline and NLP modalities, Suzanne has gained excellent results with clients that have come to her with issues such as: a lack of confidence, limiting beliefs, inability to hold down relationships, lack of direction in both personal and business lives. Clients have gained clarity through the work they have done together. Suzanne provides 1 to 1 coaching and accountability sessions together with workshops and a programme combining personal coaching with a small group retreat. All her coaching is conducted in a completely safe and confidential environment within the zoom platform. By working together, her clients have been able to set and achieve realistic goals which have enabled them to move their lives from where they are to where they want to be and achieve their ultimate goals.
