Eric’s interest for health and wellness is a lifelong passion, and he has professionally worked in the field for over 28 years.

A keen marathoner and triathlete himself, Eric loves working with athletes of all disciplines, and his proudest moment was undoubtedly being a torch bearer for the 1996 Paralympics.

As a personal trainer and certified Track and Field coach, Eric gets most satisfaction from helping clients discover their true potential and improve their own fitness, one small goal at a time.

In addition to being a Personal Trainer and Track and Field Coach, Eric is also a Sports Massage Therapist, Stretching Therapist, Yoga and Meditation Instructor and Mindfulness Coach.

He works with individuals and groups of all levels and experience, whether they are beginning a healthy lifestyle, recovering from injury, or training for a marathon.

Eric helps clients set fitness goals and then put in place a realistic plan to reach those goals.

Gaining fitness helps us all improve quality of life, both mentally and physically. The NHS states that research shows physical activity can boost self esteem, mood, sleep quality and energy, as well as lowering the risk of many illnesses.

Improved fitness can be a goal for anyone, regardless of your abilities. Even a simple walking fitness program can help offset the effects of our increasingly sedentary lifestyles.
