Business Development Director

I am a human resource professional (a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership (FoIL) with over 47 years’ experience of working for public sector organisations, having held roles with national and local significance.

I am currently an internal HR Consultant & Programme Manager for a large public sector organisation in the South East of England leading on organisation wide change and the implementation of major restructuring programmes.

I have been a non-executive director of Think Healthy Me CIC, with responsibility for business development and creativity since its inception in 2020 and am keen to use my skills and experience in whatever ways I can to assist the company to deliver its aims and objectives of helping people to live happier and healthier lives and developing community cohesion.
