Real Food & a good diet 5 - An excellent balanced diet, largely prepared from scratch by oneself. Predominantly eats real and healthy food with more than 7 plants (vegetables, fruits, wholegrains, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices) a day and 30 different plants a week together with sources of protein and good fats. Is careful about what is eaten every day and is very conscious of portion sizes. A strong emphasis on preventing health problems.
