Plenty of Exercise 3 - Moderate levels of activity. Takes between 7,500 and 10,000 steps per day. Does exercise but gets less than the 2 1/2 hours per week of the recommended moderate aerobic activity. Aerobic exercise at this moderate intensity level, causes you to breathe harder & deeper than at a sedentary level.
