Assessment of the work-related needs of an employee that is experiencing health or disability-related difficulties in their work.
This will assist the employer to overcome the barriers and provide the right support to either help the employee return to work or successfully continue in their role. This may include those who have dyslexia, autism, mental health difficulties or brain injury.
The employer and employee will receive an in-depth report highlighting the needs and adaptations to work that will help the situation. This will achieve a ‘win: win’ for all concerned as the employee will cope better.
